I love the decorations, I love all the costumes, and most of all I love the candy! It really bothers me,  that trick or treating is just for kids! It should be for anyone who wants to dress up!

It's time to celebrate my little blog turns 3.

Thank you for reading my little blog and thank you for all the comments. It's always great to get feedback.  Thankfully, most comments are positive and really mean a great deal to me.
It's always nice to know when people like what you do. 

I started blogging as a creative outlet three years ago. To be completely honest, I have loved and hated   blogging all at the same time.  At times, it has felts like high school. A world filled with pretty people and alot of fluff. Hell, this blog has alot of fluff. I would be lying if I said, I don't enjoy the fluff. I do. It's an escape from the daily working world which in itself can be overwhelming and uninspiring. 

There are days when I think I don't really belong in the blogging world.

I'm not nearly as put together and perfect as others are. Honestly, I don't know how long I'm going to keep blogging for. It's a constant battle I have. Do I keep blogging? Does anyone care if I keep blogging or not? This blog also takes alot of time, alot of time.
Sadly, I just don't have much free time. 

Anyways,  I just want to say thank you.

And thank you for always liking my Friday's Fancies outfits.I really love all the positive comments I get on my outfits. They make me feel fantastic!!

BOO-TIFUL

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is BOO-TIFUL!! Rather than come up with a costume (can't dress up at work), I went with a fun outfit that I could wear to work (on a Friday).   To be honest, I'm really not a fan of Halloween as I don't like to be scared or tricked. When I was little, the neighbor kids would really scare me as they knew I frightened easily. I'm still like that today.  Even walking around Salem, Massachusetts at night makes me uneasy. 

JenniSixx on the other hand, LOVES Halloween.

This week's wish list is Mad for Plaid. I have loved plaid since my early school days. 

My love of plaid stems from my old school uniform which was blue and yellow plaid. 

While most kids, hate wearing uniforms. I loved it. 

In fact, some days I wish I still was wearing a uniform everyday. ha!

 My weekend attire is like my uniform days as I usually wear skinny jeans and a plaid shirt.

Flowers at the Topsfield Fair

The Flower Show at the Topsfield Fair is absolutely incredible.

 We thought we would share some of the pictures, although, they do not do the flowers justice. They were beyond pretty.

The Flower Show is one of the top highlights of the fair. However, we both have never seen it which is really strange since we have gone to the fair since we were children. We both were in awe of what we saw, beautiful gardens, many with little ponds. It was just incredible.? Sadly, these pictures do not capture the beauty that we saw. Just beautiful.

Topsfield Fair

Two weeks ago, Mree and I went to the Topsfield Fair, which is one of the oldest fairs in the country. 

It is a BLAST! I LOVE the Topsfield Fair.

We spent most of our time walking around and seeing all the sights.

I love looking at the animals. Some of them are just so cute!  

They have plenty of delish foods, some of the smells are incredible! The games are a complete rip off, so we stay away from them. The creepy carnies always promise a great prize, but they lie. I’ve learned my lesson from past experiences. Besides do I really need an oversized Spongebob!? LOL. 

The food is pretty good, but you need to remember It is fair food, so it’s not healthy! I have noticed that in the past few years, the prices have gone up. I remember going when I was a teenager with little money and being able to ride the rides, play the games, and eat a ton. 

Sadly those days are long and gone. It’s still an enjoyable experience!

Friday's Fancies- Travel Chic

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Travel Chic. I created my outfit based on what I actually wear when I'm traveling. I use to not dress up at all and really looked like I had just rolled out of bed. Not cute!! Somewhere along the way, I thought you know I should dress up a bit, traveling for leisure is a luxury and I should reflect that. 

How cute is that Pan Am travel bag?? I own it and use it all the time when traveling by airplane. I have lost count on how many flight attendants have commented on it. They always love it. I love it cause it fits so much but doesn't get too heavy and can fit under the seat. It also doesn't get dirty and doesn't get ruined in the snow or rain. It's a heavy duty traveling bag.

Last week, JenniSixx and I attended the Boston Bloggers event at Be Styled, a blowdry lounge in Chestnut Hill, MA.  It was FANTASTIC!!  The staff was warm, inviting and super friendly. 

Of course, it's always fun meeting new bloggers. We had the best time and getting our hair done was a bonus.

The results are fab and can last up to four days. 

The price start at $30 dollars.

Seriously, who doesn't love getting their hair done. 

The best part of going for a haircut (and color in my case) is the blow out.
