Everyday, I try to go for a walk.
I usually walk down to the waterfront because
I enjoy looking at the water for a bit before
returning to my office.
I was walking the other day and
I was frustrated at myself because I felt
like I couldn't come up with any blog ideas.
Nothing was coming to me and I was getting angry.
Then it hit me! I should do a post
about the thoughts that come into my head
while I'm walking.
Here are some of the thoughts that came into my head.
...come on brain, give me a blog idea!
I get so frustrated with myself
when this happens. Sometimes, I cannot
find the inspiration I need.
...is it gonna be this hot all summer long??
I'm gonna be stinky, hot and smelly for months.
...I should probably carry deodorant in my bag at all times.
...maybe I should offer it to that lady who just ran by me.
...why was she running in a dress and heels??
...did she steal something??
...no Marie, you do not need that bag you
saw at Neiman's the other day. You have enough.
...wouldn't it be nice if you could read people's mind.
I would like to know what they are saying about me.
Just want to know if it's good or bad.
...which place should I stop and get a coffee at?
(so many good coffee shops near me)
....why is the line at the coffee shop
so long? It's almost 3pm. I should get a decaf
coffee, otherwise I will be up all night.
So those are some of the thoughts
that were going through my head the
other day. I was all over the place.
I enjoy my walks because I feel like it
helps me clear my head and think better.
Plus, I get a bit of vitamin D.
