Before I started my shopping ban, I picked
up these pants at Athleta. I will be honest,
I only got them because they made my legs
look GREAT. And they have pockets, it's
so hard to find casual pants with pockets.
If you are looking for a casual pair
of pants that make your legs look amazing,
you have to try these out!! You'll love them.

I finally tried the "Pink Drink" at Starbucks.
It was quite refreshing and I really liked it.
However, it has a ton of sugar in it so I won't
be ordering it very often. Maybe only
on those really really hot days.

TURN-Season Four (Final Season)

What can I say, I'm a huge history buff.
I just binged watch season three last week.
On Saturday, season four, which is also the final season,
will begin. This is a must see show for any
history buff. And, who doesn't love a good spy story.

Wishing Wednesday

To be honest, I almost broke my

shopping ban this weekend for that tote bag.

It is gorgeous in real life, gorgeous.

Plus, it is also pebble leather which I love.

But in the end, I decided not to buy it. Let's
be real, I don't need another purse.

Not shopping is harder than I thought it would be.

I feel like the temptation is all around me.

But, I'm no quitter, so again this week,

I'm just wishing.

The Winter Trilogy

I'm a huge fan of Elin Hilderbrand.

All of her books are set on the Island of Nantucket.

They are great beach reads. Also, she is a twin which

I just found out. Had no idea she was a twin,

maybe that is why I enjoy her books so much.

Twin thing is a real thing!!

For Christmas, Jenn bought me the,The Winter Trilogy.

It's about a family that gathers on Nantucket for the Holidays.

It's a story about family, love,lost, heartbreak, hope,

joy, and Christmas.

Winter Stroll is the

first book.

(Ms. Hilderbrand's first novel

about Christmas.)

Winter Street is the

second book.

Winter Storms,is the third

and final book.

I just finished reading them.

Don't judge, I work alot. haha

I loved the series so much that

I was truly sad to see it end.

If you are looking for a good beach read,

please check this trilogy out. You won't

be disappointed. And no, I don't think

there is anything wrong with reading a book

about Christmas (and winter) in the summer.

Heck, I do listen to Christmas music year around.

Let me start with this, get your kleenex out for this.
This is a must watch!
It's AH-MAZING.
Mandy is a singer and she is deaf, having lost
her hearing ten years go. Singing an original song called Try; she
will blow your mind. What a beautiful and powerful song
she wrote and performed. She is so talented
and truly an inspiration.
Just watch!!

Not to sound like a cliche but this is so true. Happiness

is a state of mind. A positive mine truly makes a

difference. It's hard to remain positive all the time

but I thought the idea behind this journal is brilliant.

Heck, you can even create your own.I'm a true believer

in happy mind, happy life.

Warby Parker "Raglan" Sunnies

I picked up these sunnies a few weeks ago at
Warby Parker and forgot to share them. I love Warby Parker
as they have great glasses and sunglasses at prices that
don't break the bank. It infuriates me how expense prescription
glasses can be, especially for me, because I need high index lens.

Sugar Lip Balm in Bloom

I love these lip balms!! I always have one in my bag.
Bloom is the newest color and I really want to try it.
Since, I'm on a shopping ban, I can only
buy this when I'm finished with the one I have or
unless I lose this one or it melts in my bag.
Haha...a shopping ban is so hard for me.
