Sparkle + Shine

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Sparkle & Shine.

 As you can see I literally went with that. 

To make it a little playful, I went with hot pink shoes and a faux fur stole.

 I decided not to add any jewelry so that the dress and shoes made the statement. Now, I just need to go to a fancy holiday party or even a fancy NYE's eve party!! haha!!

Friday's Fancies- Travel Chic

Linking up with {av} for Friday's Fancies.

           

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Travel Chic. I created my outfit based on what I actually wear when I'm traveling. I use to not dress up at all and really looked like I had just rolled out of bed. Not cute!! Somewhere along the way, I thought you know I should dress up a bit, traveling for leisure is a luxury and I should reflect that. 

How cute is that Pan Am travel bag?? I own it and use it all the time when traveling by airplane. I have lost count on how many flight attendants have commented on it. They always love it. I love it cause it fits so much but doesn't get too heavy and can fit under the seat. It also doesn't get dirty and doesn't get ruined in the snow or rain. It's a heavy duty traveling bag.

I'm so loving all the Smoking Slippers!!! How cute are those pink ones with the red lips?? Want!!! They are by Charlotte Olympia, a designer from London and new to the states. 

Since I'm on my feet alot, I prefer flats. I usually only wear heels when I know I won't be on my feet all day.  Loving all the smoking slippers for fall!!
