Kentucky Derby 2014

Kentucky Derby 2014

This week's outfit was inspired by the Kentucky Derby.
Actually, I just wanted to use that big floppy hat!!
How fab is it? Who doesn't love a big hat??!
I wish I was going to the Derby, so that I could wear a big hat.
To me, that's the best part of the Derby.
Looking forward to seeing all the fabulous hats.

HAVE A FANTASTIC WEEKEND!!

Are you a fan of big hats??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!

Blue & Beige

Blue & Beige

This week's outfit was inspired by my booties which are similar to the ones above. Due to the lovely winter weather, I haven't been able to wear them much.
Ok, it's more like they have been worn twice since Fall.
I'm patiently waiting for the weather to get a little better so I can wear them.
That's the worse part of winter, all you do is wear snow boots!! I'm like a broken record seeing as I discussed this last week as well.
But DAMN'T, I want to wear my cute shoes again!!
Cute shoes can make or break an outfit.
Right?? LOL!!

HAVE  A FANTASTIC WEEKEND!!

What shoes are you looking forward to wearing this spring??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!

Poncho Sweaters

Poncho Sweaters

I'm loving all the Poncho Sweaters that are in the stores these days. They can easily be worn with skinny pants and boots.  I think it's a great way to be warm and stylish. However, you have to be careful, some can make you look like a sack. The new versions of the poncho sweaters seem to be more slimming.  A girl I work with wore her poncho sweater with a pencil skirt and it looked fantastic!!

Pink & Green

Pink & Green

I'm all over these pink and green items. How cute would that top look with skinny jeans? Love that Hunter Green barn coat, perfect for a fall day.

I have had my eye on that Philip Lim bag!! It's such a gorgeous color and would pop against any outfit.

Of course, I love love love wearing scarves. I wear one pretty much everyday in the fall and winter!!

Lastly, how cute is that watch??? Love it!!!

I'm loving all the pink and green I'm seeing for fall.

What colors are you loving for fall?
Let me know, I love hearing from you!

Friday's FanciesMarvelous Monotone

Linking up with {av} for Friday's Fancies

Marvelous Monotone

Friday's Fancies this week is MARVELOUS MONOTONE. I'm simply in love with this grey monotone outfit. I was inspired by Gwenth Paltrow's outfit that I saw last week on Swede Dreams, which is a fab blog!  While some may say it's boring, I disagree and feel that grey has a freshness and softness about it.  For me, grey is the new black. It's a great color that can go with so many other colors like blue, pink, carmel, ivory and of course, black.

Much thanks to {av} for letting me link up for Friday's Francies.
Check out her blog Long Distance Loving, it's one of my must read blogs!!

What is your favorite monotone look?
Let me know, I love hearing from you!
