Love all of the chunky sweaters for fall! And of course the nautical-looking first one (I'm actually wearing something similar today!). As for budgeting, I don't use a "tracking system," I need to write everything down. And I started by tracking every dollar for a month, that way I knew what was a good expectation for each category that wasn't something recurring like rent.
