Monday Morning Gossip & Weekending-SWAN LAKE

Linking up with Leann Kimberlee for Monday Morning Gossip.
Linking up with B Loved BostonChampagne and Suburbs for Weekending.

On Saturday night, I went to see Boston Ballet's Swan Lake.

Swan Lake is a ballet composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
It is based on Russian folk stories.

The Ballet tells the story of Odette,
a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer's curse.

From Boston Ballet website,

Boston Ballet presents the world premiere of Mikko Nissinen's Swan Lake, the classic fairytale of the Swan Queen Odette, Prince Siegfried, and the sorcery, betrayal and love, that unites them for all eternity.  The production features magnificent new costumes and sets, with choreography that captures the flare and heart of Tchaikovsky's romantic score.

This was my first time seeing Swan Lake and it was just amazing.
I was in awe watching all these dancers.
They were simply brilliant.
And the costumes, unbelievably beautiful.
Seeing the ballet, was a great way to spend a Saturday evening.

Have you seen Swan Lake??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
Best, Mree
