Dear Teddy...

Dear Teddy,

 I just can’t even believe that you are no longer here with us. 

From the moment we met years ago in the halls of high school, my life completely

 changed.  The laughs we shared, all the memories we made, will be with me 

for the rest of my life.  I will forever be grateful that you were in my life. You were 

always there for me. From my highest to my lowest of days, I could always count

 on you! When I was in the hospital and couldn’t have visitors, you sneak in just to 

cheer me up. I will never ever forget that. It completely breaks my heart that I can’t 

tell you just how much you meant to me. I will miss seeing your smiling face 

when I walk into work everyday.  I will miss our jokes about how we ended up 

working in the same building, like it was high school all over again.

I will miss you scaring the shit out of me while I’m walking

 out of the building, but most of all I will miss you. 

Thank you for being my friend for all these years.

 I love you with all my heart.

 Rest in Peace my sweet friend.

It is with a very heavy heart that I post this letter to my dear 

friend Teddy. When I heard of his passing this past weekend,

I was shocked and utterly heartbroken. He was the happiest,

friendliest person I have even known. I honestly,

do not have any words for this. A piece of my heart
is now forever gone.
