Motto of the Day

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
                                                        Ralph Waldo Emerson

Things have been flat out crazy. Most days, I'm running around trying to get everything done. The downside to being so busy is that there will be mistakes. Lately, I have been finding myself getting really worked up over small mistakes. At the end of the day, I can't seem to let them go. Everyone makes mistakes, I need to learn to let go and not dwell on them. One mistake shouldn't ruin my entire week. Learning to let go and let things be is something I'm working on. It will take some time...slowly I will get there.

Have you ever gotten hung up on one small thing? How do you let go of things? Let me know, I love hearing from you!

Best,
M.

  1. This is a fantastic advice! I need to keep it in mind. I often beat myself up for every little thing but I should just let it go and learn from it.

    1. Exactly. I'm to take something from it, learn something and then let it go. :)
