FRIDAY'S FAVORITES

Song

First Love-Jennifer Lopez

I first heard this song a few weeks ago at work and fell in love with it.
I know it's not a new song and I have no idea how I hadn't heard it before
. This song has such a great beat, I just want to get up and dance.

Product

Bobeau One-Button Fleece Wrap Cardigan

I bought this at wrap cardigan at Nordstorm and literally have been wearing it non-stop.
I'm not really crazy about the button so I usually cover it up with a scarf.
It's just so fantastic for this time of year as it is cozy and warm.
It's not to heavy but at the same time, keeps me nice and toasty.
I think I need one in every color.

Reads

1) Career advice from Anna Wintour.

2) 9 Simple Rules Good Sleepers Swear By.

3) 7 Face-Cleansing Mistakes You Might Be Making.

4) 18 Things Twins Are Damn Tired of Hearing.
1,5,7 and 8 are my favorites.
And if you are wondering, Jenn is totally the evil twin.

Duets

This was too good not to share.
It's the History of Duets with Kelly Clarkson and Jimmy Fallon.
I think Kelly is beyond talented and Jimmy, well he is just awesome.
You really have to watch the video.
It's just fantastic.

Quote

I'm always comparing myself to others and
it is a really bad habit.
I'm trying so hard not to do that.
I may not have everything I want in life
but I have a pretty damn good life
and need to keep telling myself that.
When you compare yourself to others,
you will always be short sighting yourself.

That wraps up my Friday's Favorites.
I'm so so excited for the weekend.
I have absolutely no plans and couldn't be happier about that.
After working 14 days straight, I'm just happy to have a day off.
I just signed up for Netflix and can't wait to binge watch a few shows.

Have a Wonderful Weekend.

What are your favorites this week??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!

What I'm Loving and Hump Day Confessions

Linking up with Melissa, Jodi, & Rachel.

What I'm Loving Wednesday and Hump Day Confessions

{one}

I confess that I'm that I'm mentally exhausted. I haven't had a day off since February 21st.
I won't get a day off until March 7th. Crazy, I know. Thanks to the snow, I have had to miss work so I had to pick up a Saturday shift to make up for some lost time. I hate not having a day off. It makes me tired and grumpy.

{two}

I'm loving my new Joie Kidmore sneakers. Since, I'm having feet issues, I have been wearing my sneakers non-stop. I wanted something a little more fun so I picked these up. They are so comfortable. However, they run really small and I had to go up a whole size.
I'm really grateful that both jobs let me wear sneakers to work. Feet issues are the worst.

{three}

I confess that I have read all three books in the Fifty Shades of Gray series.
I cannot even believe I have just admitted that.
Honestly, the books are so poorly written that I feel stupid for even wasting my time.
Also, I really didn't even care for the story or the characters, especially Ana.
But at the same time, I needed to know how the story was gonna end.

{four}

I confess that I'm totally obsessed with the game, Trivia Crack. I cannot stop playing it.
It is so bad. Sometimes, I think I should delete the app from my phone. It is that addicting.
Heck, I didn't even think I would like this game because I'm not really into trivia.
But, oh this, game has changed that. It's beyond addicting.
JenniSixx and I are constantly playing each other.
She too is addicted, thanks to me.

Trivia Crack

{five}

I'm loving the Tiramisu Latte at Starbucks.
It's deliciousness in a cup.
A grande with non-fat milk and no whipped cream is 200 calories.
So it makes for a great sweet treat that isn't too fattening.
If you love Tiramisu, you will enjoy this latte.

That is what I'm loving this week and some confessions.

Happy Hump Day!!

What' are you loving this week or what is your confession??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
Best, Marie

Weekending-Twin Travels

Linking up with B Loved BostonChampagne and Suburbs for Weekending.

Twin Travels

Travelin

In a few weeks, JenniSixx and I will be traveling to London.
To say that we are excited is an understatement.
We spent the weekend getting our outfits together and compiling a list of places to visit while there. We also will be meeting up with some friend which is always fun.
This winter has been long enough and we are both looking forward to being away from it.
While it won't be super warm in London, it will still be warmer than here.

The outfit above is one of the exact outfits I plan on taking.
Cute and comfortable, don't you think?

If you have any tips, tricks, places we should visit,  please let us know.

Are you traveling anywhere soon??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
Best, Marie

FRIDAY'S FAVORITES

Song

The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra

I have been playing all my old favorites lately.
Every time, I hear this song, it just brings a smile to my face.
A golden oldie that I absolutely love.

Product

Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy Diamond , Top Coat

My favorite photographer, Rebecca, told me about this top coat.
She said it works really good. Since it was on sale at Target, I decided to pick it up.
What can I say?? This top coat is fantastic. It not only helped my nail polish
stay on, it also left my polish nice and shiny, similar to the gel nail manicure
you get at a salon.  This is totally my new favorite top coat.
I painted my nails on Sunday night and today they are still looking good.
That never happens.

Funny

Recently, the Mayor of Boston made an announcement
regarding Bostonians jumping out of windows into the huge snow
banks all around the city. Of course, Jimmy Fallon had to discuss it.
This video is so funny. To be honest, I was tempted to jump from my
second floor balcony into the snow bank below me but I chickened out.

Jimmy Fallon re-created the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" Theme song.
It's so awesome. I loved this show.
Could Jimmy Fallon be anymore funnier??

How everyone in Boston is feeling.

Your mind is a powerful thing.
Mind over matter.
 It really is true.

That wraps up my Friday's Favorities.
Normally, I would be happy that it is Friday but I'm not today.
I have to work all weekend and I'm not very happy about it.
It is what it is. Next weekend, cannot come soon enough.

Have a Wonderful Weekend.

What are your favorites this week??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
