Friday's Favorites

Linking up with Meet @ the Barre.

Thank God It's Friday.
Let's get right into it, here are my
favorites this week.

FRIDAY'S FAVORITES

Song

Wind Beneath My Wings

by Bette Milder

This is an old song but such a classic.
As of late, I have found myself in an reflective mood
and as a result  have been
listening to this song over and over again.
It's such a beautiful song.

Product

PINK Toms

Two summers ago, I got a pair of pink toms and wore them every day.
I was utterly heartbroken when they wore out. They no longer
make pink ones for women. However, they do make them for
little girl's. So, I got myself a little girl's pair!
A woman's size 7 is a youth size 5.
Cannot wait to start wearing them.

Drink

Cold-Brew Iced Coffee at Starbucks

Have you tried the new cold-brew iced coffee at Starbucks yet?
If you are a iced coffee drinker, you will LOVE this.
It's a smoother and less bitter coffee.
In a word, it's simply delicious.
Normally, I do not care for Starbucks' Iced Coffee as
I find it to be very bitter.
However, I LOVE this. In fact, I liked it so
much that I went twice this week to get some.
It is that good.

Shopping

Lilly Pulitzer at Target

Sunday, April 19th

I am so excited for this!!!
Since I expect their website to be a disaster, I'm heading to
my local Target right when they open to get my hands on this collection.
Yes, I will be outside Target Sunday morning, waiting for them to open!!
CANNOT WAIT!!!

QUOTE

This quote pretty much sums up how I have been feeling lately.

That wraps up my Friday's Favorites.
Normally, I would be excited that the weekend is here.
However, I have to work all weekend.
The only good thing is I'm off Monday
as it is Patriot's Day and also the Boston Marathon.
It's hard to put into words my thoughts on the Marathon.
Two years ago, Boston was rocked to it's core
and that somber feeling is still there.
I don't think it will ever leave.

Have a Wonderful Weekend!!

Let me know, I love hearing from you!

  1. I hadn't heard about the cold brew coffee, but will need to try it the next time I'm in Starbucks (which will likely be later this morning!). I really like that quote too - it's not an easy thing to do, but it's very freeing.

  10. I hate that they didn't give an exact time for the Lilly launch online. I'll be on my computer at 11pm waiting and hoping to get my faves. Then, if I can't get anything I'll go in store to try. I'm actually anxious/nervous for the launch. How pathetic hahaha!
