Monday Morning Gossip & Weekending

Linking up with Leann Kimberlee for Monday Morning Gossip.
Linking up with B Loved BostonChampagne and Surburbs for Weekending.

Happy Monday!!
Don't they come so fast??

This weekend JenniSixx and I headed to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

We went to see the Magna Carta.
Being a history fan, I was so excited to see this exhibit.
It's amazing!! If you are in Boston, you totally need to go see it.

The first thing we do when we get to the museum is
head to Taste Cafe and Wine Bar for morning cappuccinos.
They are soo good!!

After our morning coffee, JenniSixx and I spent four hours walking around.
We were unable to take pictures at the Magna Carta exhibit
but you can take pictures in other parts of the museum.

I was so excited to see that two of my favorite paintings were back at the museum.
The MFA loans out some of it's most popular works all the time.

Dance at Bougival, 1883 by Pierre-Auguste Renior

I love love this painting. I just love her little smile.

 Water Lilies, 1907 Claude Monet
I have loved this painting since I first saw it as a little girl.
The picture does not do this painting justice.
It's just beautiful.

After the museum, JenniSixx and I headed to the mall for a little shopping.
I'm happy to report, I didn't buy anything.
Although, I did come across these.

I'm always complaining about the rain.
Drives me crazy when the rain gets all over my glasses.
Glasses totally need wipers. Right?
Only fellow glass wearers can understand.

How was your weekend??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
Best, Mree
