Weekend Getaway

              

Happy Friday!! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

JenniSixx and I are off to NYC for the weekend to celebrate our birthday. 

The great thing about being a twin is we always have each other to celebrate with.

After a very busy few weeks, we both are looking forward to being away for a few days. Honestly, I'm just happy to finally have some days off in a row.

Transition Time

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Transition Time. I took my favorite summer item, a chambray shirt and created a fall outfit with it. 

 I have lost count of how many times I wore my chambray shirt this past summer. While I'm a little sad summer has come to end, I very much looking forward to the fall!! Pumpkin Spice Latte's, here I come!!

Friday's Fancies- Back to School

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Back to School.
While I'm no longer in school, I do like to start off September with a few new items. Ha, just like i'm still in school. My outfit was inspired by old high school uniform. I use to complain all the time about wearing a uniform. But some days, I really wish I did wear a uniform as it would make the mornings so much easier. LOL.

Friday's Fancies-Lovely Layers

This week's Friday Fancies theme is Lovely Layers. It's New England,  layering is absolutely necessary.  While we haven't had much snow, it has been very cold, bitter cold that shakes you to your core . Outside, you are freezing, however, once you get inside, you are roasting. Layering is the only way to go. It drives me crazy how hot some places are, like the mall! Why are they so hot?? Anyone else feel this way? 

My outfit was inspired by my actual wardrobe as this is my typical Friday attire. Sadly, I do not have that Louis Vuitton bag. I wouldn't mind adding it to my collection!! Ha, I say that every week don't I?? Lol.

My weekend is already over with since we are getting a blizzard and are expecting up to 33 inches of snow. Yikes, that's alot of shoveling.

Autumn Lust List 

                         

The Fall is one of my favorite times of the year! I love the cool crisp air along with those delicious pumpkin spice lattes at the coffee shops. Of course, I always lust after a few of the new fall goodies in the stores.

I really picked out some budget breaking items for my list since it was my LUST list. What can I say, I have champagne tastes on a beer budget! 

 How gorgeous is that Alexander McQueen dress?? I would love to have something like that in my closet! Actually, I would like all of the above items in my closet! LOL.

Wish List for Tax Free Weekend

Here in Massachusetts, it's Tax Free Weekend! WOOT WOOT!  Tax Free items are capped at $2500 apiece. So much for another Hermes bag. 

The items above are on my wish list.  Seeing as I have to work all weekend, I most likely will not be shopping. A girl can dream, right??? If I do end up doing a little shopping, I will make sure to let you know.
