Some of My Favorite Things

Today, I'm sharing some of my favorite things.

Hourglass Foundation Stick

Sephora

Sugarfina-Sugar Cookies Candies

Louis Vuitton

Grey Cowl Neck Poncho

Hermes Cape Cod Watch

(I have the H-Hour which I don't believe is made anymore)

As I was making this list, I realized that
many things I like are on the expensive side.
I prefer quality over quantity. I would much
rather have less but nicer things than
have alot of inexpensive things.
Plus, I'm very much a creature of habit.
I prefer to use things over and over
again. Also, I much rather be in love
with a few nice things than be so so
about alot of things.

Are you a fan of quality over quantity??
Let me know, I love hearing from you!!
Best, Marie

  10. i used to be all about quantity over quality - not like i was oh yay, crap things, but i just liked buying things and the more things the better! now i buy less (or nothing at all right now) but i do my research, i trust my judgement and make sure i can/will use it over and over, like you i am a creature of habit even when i bought crappy things (which obviously never went well because things didn't last) so while i don't think my taste is as expensive as yours lol i now prefer quality over quantity.

  13. Love everything from Sugar Fina. I also have that hourglass foundation and really like it. I got it in a VoxBox and it has been amazing. I don't use it daily, but often enough. Love that watch.

  15. I definitely agree with you on splurging on good quality products. I feel like my neverfull will last forever, and that I will be able to pass it down to my daughter one day. I need to try those sugar cookie bites the next time I am in Nirdstrom. They look yummy.

  18. I'm kind of in the middle. I have a selection of nice things (not a ton) and a lot of cheap stuff I can rotate out without feeling too guilty. Well in theory at least lol...I have so many things I need to get rid of!

    Those Uggs looks so cozy!

  19. We believe in quality over quantity but we are also not overly brand conscious. I have my every day shirts that don;t cost a ton and then nicer things for nicer occasions.. that cost a little bit more but never anything so expensive that I would heartbroken if one of my kids accidentally got it dirty.

  21. It is actually very interesting -- I don't really care for high quality, but I do really want a low quantity to decrease the amount of clutter in my life... and I go towards high quality items, same as you!
