I'm wishing for some new spring sweaters!!

 Since spring is right around the corner, these sweaters would be fantastic for those slightly warmer days. Spring time in these parts can still be on the chilly side but too warm to wear winter clothing especially winter sweaters (way too heavy).  These sweaters would be great since they also make great layering pieces. Would love to add a few to my spring wardrobe. Since, I'm still not shopping (still Lent), I'm only wishing.

This Monday morning, I'm gossiping about The Chocolate Bar at Cafe Flueri in the Langham Hotel. It was INCREDIBLE!!!  Rebecca, JenniSixx and I headed to the Chocolate Bar last weekend. What can I say?? It was delicious!!  For $40 (includes tea and coffee), you get all you can eat chocolate desserts. Not a chocolate fan, don't worry, there are plenty of white chocolate and other treats (hello, rice krispy bars) to stuff yourself with. We sat around, chatted and enjoy our treats for almost two hours. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. Good chats, good friends, and good food, what more could a girl ask for.

If you are in Boston and are looking for something to do, you need to check out the Chocolate Bar at Cafe Flueri. Note, the Chocolate Bar is offered from September to June.

Friday's Fancies-Red Carpet Ready

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Red Carpet Ready. I was very excited for this theme since I work with dresses. This dress makes a statement with the shape and color. Isn't it gorgeous?

Also, I wanted to share some advice about dress shopping as I know first hand how difficult it can be. My advice is to have an open mind and rid yourself of negative thoughts. Most dresses do not have much hanger appeal and you need to try them on to really see how they look. Don't be afraid to try something on that you think won't look good on you. You won't know how it looks, until you try it on. If I had a dollar for every time someone said to me, "I saw that but I didn't think it would look good on me" then they leave the store with that dress, I wouldn't have to work again!! It's true. 

Keep an open mind.

Currently, I'm wishing for some "Coffee Table Books" to add to my home as decor.

It was only a matter time before I got bitten by the "book decor" theme that is all over Pinterest.  "Book decor" is using coffee table books as accent pieces on your coffee table and/or side tables. While I love books and have plenty of them, I really do not have coffee table books. I would love to add any or ALL of the books above to my home. Only wishing, no shopping for me (gave it up for Lent).

I LOVE Mrs. Beckham!!!
She has amazing style and I think she is a gifted designer.
 Her clothing is beautiful. I'm in love with her Victoria, Victoria Beckham Fall 2013 line that was just shown at Fashion Week NYC. The look is borrowed from the boys but still feminine and fun. LOVE IT!! Love the dress over leggings look.

It's no secret that I LOVE hearts. Although, I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day or as I like to call it Single Gal Awareness Day, I love all the heart items that are in the stores. Whenever I see something with a heart on it, I'm immediately drawn to it. Of course, I love all the Valentine's Day products and would love to have ALL the items above!! What can I say, I just love hearts.
